Catchments and River systems

The Region comprises four River Basins - Lake Corangamite, Barwon, Moorabool and the Otway Coast. Only the last of these Basins is completely hydrologically separate from the others. Within each of the basins there are several significant river systems including the Aire, Barwon, Gellibrand, Curdies, Leigh, Moorabool and Woady Yaloak Rivers.
